As a First Assistant Criminal District Attorney and Assistant Criminal District Attorney, Richard and Jonathon gained an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the criminal justice process. Our lawyers have either prosecuted or defended every level of criminal matter, from speeding tickets, juvenile matters, capital murder charges to writing and arguing appeals to the appellate courts. We have applied that knowledge and experience to the zealous representation of good people in a bad situation.
